War Crimes Tribunal Watch

Indict Milosevic!

In the beginnings of the ICTY there were only few war criminal at the trial - mostly low level executioners like Dusan Tadic, Tihomir Blaskic or Drazen Erdemovic. Since then prosecutor Carla Del Ponte managed to bring big fish in, however, including the top dog Slobodan Milosevic. Karadzic and Mladic are still at large, though. Cases are monitored and updated by the Court TV. Look for other suspects of war crimes and ethnic cleansing in documents from Helsinki Human Rights Watch, International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague, United Nations Special Committees for War Crimes in former Yugoslavia, and other international organizations and sources:

Krajisnik was the head of the Bosnian Serb team at Dayton that Richard Holbrooke negotiated with and gave half of Bosnia to. No one has questioned Holbrooke on this. Indeed, the US Government was obligated to apprehend Krajisnik at that time and try him or extradite him for genocide and grave breaches of the Fourth Geneva Convention. Instead Krajisnik consorts at the Officer's Club at Dayton with Holbrooke and Milosevic. Krajisnik was, also, the first Serb representative on the Dayton Presidency with the acquiescence of US Administration.
